Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is George Adleyba, an individual based in Georgia (the "Controller"). For any data-related question write to george@adleyba.space. This policy applies to the website adleyba.space (the "Site").

2. What data we receive

The Site has no registration and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Data arrives only when you submit the contact form yourself:

• the name you enter;
• your chosen contact method and contact detail (Telegram or Instagram username, email, phone number);
• the text of your message;
• the date and time of your consent and the language of the page.

Your IP address is used only to protect the form from spam (limiting the number of submissions). It is kept in the server's memory for at most one hour, is never written to disk and never appears in logs.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is needed to reply to your inquiry, discuss a project and, if you decide so, to conclude a contract. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form. The data is not used for mailing lists or profiling.

4. How data is transferred and stored

After you submit the form, the message is delivered to the Controller through a Telegram bot. Until it is delivered, the request is stored temporarily on the Site's server and is deleted right after delivery. A copy remains in the Controller's private Telegram chat. Telegram is an independent service with servers outside the Controller's country, which means a cross-border transfer of data. Telegram's rules: telegram.org/privacy.

The Controller keeps your inquiry no longer than needed to reply and to work on the project, and for no more than 3 years after the last contact, then deletes it. Data is not sold or passed to third parties except where the law expressly requires it.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Site does not set cookies. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) may keep only your chosen color theme (light or dark). This data never leaves your device and can be cleared in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data is held about you, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to george@adleyba.space and mention the contact you left in the form. The request will be handled within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

7. External sites

The Site links to third-party resources (Telegram, GitHub, Instagram, project sites). Their owners follow their own policies, for which the Controller is not responsible.

8. Security

The Site runs over HTTPS, the form is protected from automated submissions and access to the server is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is absolutely secure, but the Controller takes reasonable protective measures.

9. Changes to this policy

The current version is always published on this page with its date at the top. For material changes the text is updated before they take effect.
