Consent to personal data processing

By submitting the contact form on adleyba.space and ticking the checkbox, I freely and of my own will give George Adleyba, an individual based in Georgia (the "Controller"), my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.

Data covered

Name; chosen contact method and contact detail (Telegram or Instagram username, email, phone number); the text of the message; the date and time of this consent; the language of the page.

Purpose of processing

Handling my inquiry, contacting me through the detail I provided, discussing and carrying out work I request.

Actions with the data

Collection, recording, storage, use, transfer through the Telegram service (including a cross-border transfer to Telegram servers abroad), deletion.

Duration

The consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but for no more than 3 years after the last contact, or until it is withdrawn.

Withdrawal

I can withdraw my consent at any time by writing to george@adleyba.space. After withdrawal the Controller stops processing and deletes my data, unless the law requires otherwise.
